With the month of October designated as National Breast Cancer Awareness month, USF volleyball team supports this worthy cause with the “Dig for the Cure” campaign.

To contribute to the USF “Dig for the Cure” campaign:

USF Volleyball and all athletics teams attended the USF Athletics annual Welcome Back event. The 2008 Welcome Back, held at Busch Gardens, featured a scavenger hunt and greetings from several speakers.

The USF Volleyball team reported for the 1st official day of the 2008 fall season. "Report Day" consisted of:

• meetings with various athletics department staff
• team review of 2007 and preview  of 2008
• team handbook
• equipment issued
• team dinner

Tomorrow's morning session will be strenght & conditioning pre-testing. 
The first team practice will be tomorrow during the afternoon session.

Prized volleyball recruit Alli O’Connor was one of 150 players nationwide named to the high school All-American list by PrepVolleyball.com
